Store

The Store was added in Game Update 0.14 and allows purchasing of Heroes, Items and Skins for in-game currency Gold or real-world currency Gems.

Heroes

To be able to customise your Heroes with Skins and Mastery loadouts, and unlock them for play when they are not on the Free Hero Rotation, you will have to purchase the Hero.

When a new Hero is released, he is available to purchase only for Gems. The possibility to obtain him for Gold is given to players usually one week after the releasing that particular Hero and also the price in Gems is moderately decreased.

Skins

Skins are an alternate appearance for Heroes. Since Game Update 0.20 each skin offer an additional mastery loadout for a particular Hero. This feature is known as Skins with Benefits.
